ADDITIONAL SUPPORT STAFF
Salary: $19 - $22 an hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
Position Details:
- Microsoft Office Experience (Required)
- Real Estate Experience (Preferred)
- Understand how to Mail Merge
- Work on and edit PDF forms
- Prepare and draft real estate forms, emails, and other correspondence
- Various accounting tasks and responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for clients such as Home Inspections and Final Walk Throughs
- Maintain calendars
- Answer phones, greet clients, and make follow-up calls
- Write, edit, and occasionally hand deliver documents to clients or attorneys
- Maintain filing systems, both electronically and physically
- Perform all other office tasks
- Create and Drop off Feature Sheets, Lock boxes, and Booties to a property
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Microsoft Office experience (Required)
- Real Estate Experience (Preferred)
- Social Media experience (Preferred)
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and be a quick learner
- Able to work in a busy work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
